Hi Manakai. You said NO to what you consider a bad deal. This is not my opinion because the future of Axe is NO FUTURE at all. I do prefer to have vote YES to " a bad deal " because our investment, at least,  will have a second life with Terranueva. I ask you to reconsider your vote to avoid a complete write off of shareholder's investment.

I just cast my vote with my 700,000 shares as follows - I voted against the consolidation, but voted in favour of all other motions. The target company is not bad (not great but not bad - there is some potential here if a license is granted). Its the way the deal is structured that is bad. So hopefully if enough people vote in favour of the transaction but against the consolidation, they will be ...more

Hi Desperado.  I don't know if it is possible to renegotiate the consolidation, I really don't. I think that the consolidation is a very important aspect of the deal. If it is voted against, this is what might happen - it is my opinion, not a fact. The deal as a whole will be cancelled. The stock will be relisted and might eventually go down, say 0.1-0.02. At this point, people that ...more

Atika, with all due respect, your "well informed answer" is poo poo. No one is buying your arguments and rationales anymore. So save your breath. The vote will speak for itself.

Sorry Desperado, some shareholders are buying my arguments because they are based on true facts and numbers. I will continue my work because I don't want to write off my investment in Axe before the end of the year. This is a very serious risk we are facing now with a NO vote. I encourage you to contact David McDonald to confront my view with yours. You are right : the vote will speak for ...more

Arif Shivji's first capital pool shell, Predator Blockchain Capital Corp. (PRED: halted), has announced a qualifying transaction plan. The proposed QT is not a blockchain deal, perhaps to the relief of its shareholders, but an oil deal. The shell plans to acquire Highwood Oil Company Ltd., a junior oil producer in Alberta. Predator Blockchain Capital will roll back 1 for 53 ...more

Without Prejudice: If you voted against the consolidation but for “all” the other motions why do you think they will be forced to renegotiate the reverse split. No offense but Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t that a conflicted vote  that still allows them ( if enough votes go through) based on your positive 700k to allow them the power to still reverse split? M. My thought is “ let’s not take ...more

Manakai.... there are two seperate things we vote on.... the transaction and the consolidation. If we vote yes on the transaction but no on the consolidation then only one of only two things can happen.... either they are forced to renegotiate the consolidation or the entire deal falls through. There is no loop hole on which they can push the deal through with the consolidation if the majority of ...more
