If you voted against the consolidation but for “all” the other motions why
do you think they will be forced to renegotiate the reverse split.
No offense but Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t that a conflicted vote
that still allows them ( if enough votes go through) based on your
positive 700k to allow them the power to still reverse split?

My thought is “ let’s not take ANY chances” and give them a legal
loophole? Vote no and force them to work for us shareholders and
NOT for their greed and profit!
