OK so two things here. If you listened to the AGM you would clearly understand what the cause of the delay is here. The delay is the combination of doing a PEA and an elaborate. They are different. The elaborate is the qualifying document for the survey government that meets more than PEA standards but has feasibility study content in it that will shorten the amount of time to get the feasibility
