Finally the company is getting things rightThe the next 2 qtr's look very promising. With much of the cost cutting and technology savings starting to show, plus the extra revenue streams beginning to kick in this month the future is bright. The company has a much better focus now (grow in the west) plus they have learned not to over -promise. I expect them to surprise on the upside and also to introduce their first dividend at year end. If they beat their earnings numbers and continue to show strong growth they can always call it a "special" dividend before deciding if they want to pay it every qtr.
