RE:Finally the company is getting things rightNext quarter (3rd) will likely be much better than last year from probably down about $700,000 in EBITDA and $800,000 in AFFO from 2nd quarter. These are the historical downturns in the 3rd quarter due to summer holidays. Some of their cost cuttings may cushion is downturn. However, I agree with your optimism going forward. Not sure about a divvy or even if it is in the best interests of the company given its growth plans. This one will require patience.
