RE:2-million-dollar feeWhen you see how the fee is being paid...not in cash....the fee is reasonable in that their is risk involved for the fee to be effectuated at that number as it would relate to cash.
No complaints here...Also the description of the process is set forth in great detail and the deal now is being illuminated and all the vitriol can now be considered in perspective with this increased transparency.
