Bioasis Technologies Inc. > 2-million-dollar fee
View:
Post by emmitfitzhume on Jan 19, 2023 7:32pm

2-million-dollar fee

Bioasis market cap as of today is 2.52 million USD.  Ladenburg Thalman will receive 2 million USD for their fee in brokering this deal.

Let that sink in.

Bioasis the company, its XB3 technology, all its intellectual property, over a decade of work, and all the preclinical research and development is essentially being valued on par with a fee for concocting this ridiculous deal.

And that speaks volumes as to the value of their technology. It's worthless and now you know why the company was unable to secure a real partnership or advance any part of its pipeline beyond pre-clinical. Essentially, they accomplished nothing in all of these years

I agree....we could have $50 ADR's several years down the road if the glioblastoma trials worked and we got FDA approval....For us heavy share Bioasis holders...we would at least get our money back so both Medatech shareholders and Bioasis should vote yes (IMHO) and they hope and wait. Bioasis will fold shortly staying on it's own, the requested for more debentures  to give us ...more

LOL, you live in a fantasy world, ron. this is why you lost all of your money on this stock.

...in several years being key phrase. It is a bunch of bs and highly unlikely given how Midatech is driving themselves into ground bioasis will not fold if handled by a small competent management team who isn't busy working on their other company, raising for other companies. DR had total conflict of interest & total hypocrit.

OttawaP,  I assume that you are in the vote  "NO" column based on your last statement. Have you read fuzzyjr's post in regards to a "NO" vote? It seems pretty clear-cut. Do you agree?   "Consequences of a "no" vote: from IR" https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.bti/bioasis-technologies-inc?postid=35230529 G1945V

Now I remember why I chose not to post on here prior to 2018... of course I read it. Just don't believe the spin DR & other management are spewing. Someone write there is "added transparency" - ha! What a load... Correct - firm NO vote. there ARE several other options bioasis should be exploring or should have explored - some non-dilutive! Not my job the educate ...more

Thanks, OttawaPeter. If capturing xB3 isn't Lind's objective, then it won't really hurt them or cost them to give Bioasis some time. Also, it may be unlikely, but the Lind debt, in whole or in part, could be exchanged for equity. Again, I think new management may be required before Lind might consider that. I didn't write that piece to project optimism. I think there are low odds ...more

market cap & share price have been moving backward since 2019. Keep selling your bs-flavored kool-aid man .   Those who know me-even a little-will find your assumptions hilarious.  - hardly. I just call 'em like I see 'em.

"...others here are emotional over charged with anger blinding them to the reality of this situation." It's unfortunate but I think some people overcommitted to a single speculative asset. They have been so hurt that they've made their investment today all about themselves. It is about what they need to get back to breakeven and not a clear focus on doing what is right for the ...more

also, it is lost on no one -except maybe the paid shill POF & his friends fuzzy, et al. People are saying that POOF is actually the U.S. representative for New York's 3rd congressional district.  Apparently he has some of his staffers posting here as well.  I don't know if it's true but I heard it on the Internet.

When you see how the fee is being paid...not in cash....the fee is reasonable in that their is risk involved for the fee to be effectuated at that number as it would relate to cash. No complaints here...Also the description of the process is set forth in great detail and the deal now is being illuminated and all the vitriol can now be considered in perspective with this increased transparency ...more
