PS you haven't even done enough homework to understand that the old company was ROA and yes they were to put it bluntly, a failure! Bowood was a private company, merged into ROA. They brought new and experienced management and the ability to access new fronteers for BWD.
So it's simple, get your head out of your butt long enough to do some proper DD.
