Given the exploratory and speculative nature of the AB Bakken, I am almost certain that there would be some confidentiality clauses in the farm in/out deal with LEG... Of course the confidentiality on many of the Bakken wells from last year will be dropping shortly (by MID summer I would suspect EVERYONE is going to have a good handle on what is and is NOT working as far as completions go... BUT once again... it IS Bakken... wells are technical... completions are expensive... BWD IS a first in prospector... the Alternative measures... will allow BWD to choose who they can and will show the data to...BWD was never going to be the developing company... NOT at the current capital burn rate for an exploration well (10-12 Million) and certainly not at a development rate at 5-7 million /well... BWD Managment was savvy enough to establish the land position they have... we are sitting on their coat tails... enjoy the ride... or get off...
it's just my opinion...and speculation... trying to drive the price down... by trying to infer incompetence... just shows the shorts here are trying to milk the last drops of easy and cheap shares... do as you choose. with that opinion
