I personally believe that CEX overpaid for DCK's assets. DCK was in trouble and CEX bailed them out at a premium in my opinion, and the opinion of the market. Once this news hit, and it was long ...more

CEX is already operating DCK's assets, and CEX shareholders are getting a great deal. I have no idea why you are unsure.

With all of the nat gas in the Marcellus, this plant could just be a go. If so, that is a huge deal for CEX as a shareholder in Pieriday.
