omnia deal was priced at around 50 cents and kalt now do a financing at 05 with a full  6 cents warrant for 5 years. my question here is does he work for shareholders .i think he should give the ...more

i dont know if a transaction will happen however haywood is a big buyer. accumulation for who .is it possible omnia buy dg at this big discount compared to the offer.

On paper, the deal looks quite good.....

We should get about CAD 12c in cash and about 6.4 Omnia to one DG share, so you will get for your 10K DG new 64K Omnia. Look up Omnia's Management, which to me is looking promissing, at least the ...more
