Win Win Situation...1) ScreenPro is a turnkey service that Datametrex could not provide. Without ScreenPro Datametrex would not have been able to sell up to 12k tests a week(and climbing).
2) ScreenPro & Datametrex are both looking for new contracts (more tests).
3) The big increase in the number of tests sold will largely compensate for the lower margin.
PS: M.Gunter did mention that Datametrex had a very good margin, a very good margin could be over 30%.
