RE:RE:Question I would say it's simple:
Existing shareholders hold their shares and there are no new investors.
By the way, if someone buys 830 k shares its still a retail investor.
If someone buys 5 million shares and more, I would consider him as a institutional investors.

Again today 300,000 easy shares just sitting there at 20 not 30 or 40 but 20 and there is just no rush to jump on them again for whatever reason.......but the day isn't over.
We did see that large buy yesterday and that was encouraging
My question would be and I haven't seen any news release stating such is why the insiders aren't buying anything........is there a blackout in effect, I think normally we get news on such a thing and it might even be law to get a NR....someone can correct if wrong please.
Marshal made a comment to get in now if you want to so I sure hope there is a blackout because people way way closer to the situation (insiders) aren't buying nada....this is a concern to me if there is no blackout because how can Marshall tell people to get in now when his entire team isn't buying anything
