Marshall stated that DM does not hire prior to having the work or contracts secued. He stated he believes in adding after work secured to fullfill and perform activities. So 5 new jobs ( could someone share ) Indicates based on Marshalls statements new work has started . Now this does not soley indicate all hiring as Marshall may have candidates submitting aplications directly to him as he requested of qualified AI candidates.
