RE:DM, we the shareholders are in a Quandary!Rabiger1289 wrote: It's like a love, hate, relationship. So many good things, like Nexology with good govt contracts & the launch of tele-health not to mention, good EV contracts, a healthy bank account, yet there are so many bad or wrong things, Bad business deals,No insider buying, poor stock price,No volume for long periods of time, poor PR department, Never no clarity with earnings releases(why not announce when earnings will be released), no AGM, i believe you get the picture!
I swear this is a bullboard for the financially challenged.
"Bad business deals" - Please elaborate on this because DM has business deals with Samsung, Lotte Group, Canadian government, NATO, US Air Force, some unknown EV company, etc...
"No insider buying" - Andrew Ryu bought 1 million shares in the public market. 250 000 of those shares was at 23 cents. I'm sure he has bought more shares than you, yet you complain and make an absolute statement that "No insider is buying"
"poor stock price" - I can certainly agree with you there to a certain extent. By every metric DM is undervalued compared to their peers. However, the stock price is not controlled by management so it is unfair to blame them for that. If you want to look at DM's performance and put it in perspective compared to many other stocks in various sectors over these very rough few months and even going back a year, DM's stock price has remained relatively unchanged while many other stocks have dropped dramatically.
"No volume for long periods" - Volumes go up and volumes go down. Again managment does not control this, it has been a rough year for many stocks. See last paragraph.
"poor PR department" - The PR and IR department has been working non-stop since they have been hired. DM's twitter feed has been extremely active since January, they have promoted the company through interviews and article write ups. The IR department is functioning and an investor can get a response. If you are one of those complaining about a lack of PR for MediCall then clearly you're not understanding what is happening there. They are in stages of rolling it out and they are not at that stage of rolling it out to the generally public. Why would management waste money promoting something the public can't use yet? This is why I'm glad many of the posters on this board have no control over how this company runs.
"Never no clarity with earnings" - This is a double negative so I'm not sure if you do or don't think there is clarity. Earnings come out with the financials, period! And if you were to follow their PR on DM's Twitter feed you would know when they are coming out. They posted that the year-end financials will be out at the end of April. The PR team posted this the same day there was a big discussion on this board on when the company might release year-end financials.
So NO, I don't get the picture you're trying to paint.
