RE:telehealth strategy20 years ago I was uncomfortable with this thought process. However, I have come to realize that some form of 2 tiered system is the only way that our "free" healthcare system can continue. Sadly, the better physician's will likely seek out private work as the pay will be much better than grovelling for the scraps that the government systems deems you fit to receive. I would expect that it will be easier for DM to find doctor's than it its for publicaly funded clinics and hospitals.
