NO and NO. It's not "EV Connect" we aquired "EV Connect SOLUTIONS Inc."!!
The company we aquired is not a successful company by now. It is just a shell!!

This company has several awards and some big customers, including Audi, Dell, County of Los Angeles, Marriott, verizon. I was a bit skeptical this morning, but the more I dig, the better I feel. Putting a pros and cons list together so I can wrap my head around this more clearly. It's reasuring to see this company recognized by TIME though:
