RE:Serious QuestionNo, I have few issues when it comes to communication with the company. I typically get a response. On a days when I don't get a responses to my questions, it is usually because the answer gets revealed in a news release or an interview.
When you asked me a while back where I was getting my information from, I did clearly state in my reponse that I keep in constant communication with the company. And much of that information that I provided on the bullboard was confirmed in Marshall's Agoricom interview and/or discord.

Now here is the bothersome part. I have had a MediCall account ever since they opened up shop in Vancouver. I live on Vancouver Island, don't have a family doctor and I use Telus Health (which is awesome). I would like to support my investment and since Marshall stated in the last Discord that MediCall is available everywhere in BC i decided to try again. It is not available on Vancouver Island but there is an ask a question button on the app so I enquired as to when Vancouver Island would be live. I have not gotten any response. I can't think of any successful business that ignores customer questions, can you?
