Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 5, 2022) - Datametrex AI Limited (TSXV: DM) (FSE: D4G) (OTCQB: DTMXF) (the "Company" or "Datametrex") announces that it purchased an aggregate of 7,122,500 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") at an average purchase price of $0.1298 during the month of June 2022, pursuant to the Company's previously announced normal course issuer bid ("NCIB"). The Company intends to continue purchasing its Common Shares under its NCIB and will be updating the market on the progress on a monthly basis.


His words not mine and not one update since. I think you're the one with the comprehension problem.

DM is not required to make a monthly update to shareholders for an NCIB.  They are required to make a monthly update to the Exchange by the 10th of each month for the NCIB.  However, DM has said that they would keep shareholders updated and that is exactly what they have done up to this point.

DM gave an update in July and they gave an update when the financials came out, which by the way was exactly as I said would happen.   Now we are in September and I'm sure they will update shareholders when they feel it is worth reporting or they have something to report.  

DM has reported monthly to the shareholders.  If you are unable to comprehend the information that they continue to release in news releases or can't listen carefully enough to Marshall when he speaks during interviews then don't blame your limitations on him.  Marshall has continued to be a man of his word in reporting the NCIB updates.
