Look Kensin, i really admire folks like you & i do sympathize (to an extent!), especially after sharing that story of your family's struggles/history a while back. And as far Asian Americans go, or just Asians in general i think they're THE FUTURE of the world, and the wolrd will be their oyster IF they play their cards right. In the next 50 years, the Chinese-Korean-Japanese people will dominate (they already do for the most part!) the tech arena, which includes AI, the foremost & sought after technology at this time. And the west will have a VERY hard time trying to keep up.
So any future "technical" innovations will be coming out of there. And there's some really good & interesting things surfacing right now in those three areas. So saying that someone will be willing to pay even $2,5B for NOTHING, for worthless tech.....IS boderline psychotic! And to be frank & honest with you Kenshin, it's NOT even worth $250M or a piddly $25M for that matter. But it may be worth around ~$10M if they can find a niche market & some use for a run-of-the-mill clone AI search engine like theirs.....So please reread my post & rethink what i've said!
