RE:The NewsNormally I would think like you do on this one.

There is only one issue here.   Probably that 100% of people saw this PR and told themself "it's gone be a catastrophic day today!".  
DM's people are intelligent people too.   They would not have thrown this PR not anticipating the effect we witnessed all day.   They know for long now the market is expecting facts and numbers.

So I can't believe it's a mistake.   They must have a strategy!

We will certainly see over the coming days!
