The purpose of the releaseI will never understand why DM does so many "we are looking into it" news releases. It always bites them in the butt, and sends us into ridiculous bickering.
Ronin, uplist, spinoff, German/European office/elections, Toronto clinic. I even remember one that said something like DM is planning to do a roll-up of the AI industry in 2023 or something like that.
It's certainly good that they're looking into it, but these releases make them come across like that flighty friend with a million business ideas but who continues to work at a car dealership.
But weirdly, instead of being car salesmen, our folks have an LLM with huge, huge potential. Why DM, why???
The obvious assumption is that they are trying to hype the stock. We look deeper than that on this board. I don't have any great ideas, but what are the other possibilities that people see? Maybe they have to announce that they are doing this because it sort of represents a change of business angle again so they have to let investors know?
