RE:RE:RE:CAME CLOSE TO DOING A LARGE FINANING The poor reporting has been one of my peeves and it made it difficult to get to the bottom of what was happening and now this order from the OSC to clarify and put more depth into releases will make things much clearer. Yes it's a slap on the wrist, but that is a good thing. It will provide much more insight into the company and make it easier to look into the goals and expectations for the future and challenges to those goals. It is a requirement for public companies to disclose that information to shareholders whereas private companies don't need that type of reporting. I think DM didn't fully understand what the level of reporting needed to be and just did the minimum. I compare that to a student going from middle school to high school and finding out that just putting the answer to a problem isn't good enough and that you need to provide how you got to the answer as well. DM just learned that lesson.
