Takascy continues to own and promote this stock. He is an active shareholder and likely had some doing in the recent acquistions.
Wine is going to go into groceries big time and you just don't go out and build a winery. They have fine assets. Population is aging. Aging demographics mean more wine is bought and less beer. This is a 3-7 year sweet spot.
