But he seems anxious to do it. Soon ! ..... but admit he has said only paired with a good calalyst. We're waiting to hear when refinery construction will start . Then we need to actually see-to-believe dirt and walls moving . And 12 months from now is Oct 22' - Opening day - Refinery ! .... surely other good catalysts before 'Opening day '.... but which one of those will trigger
