Where's the financing update?

Does anyone know what onus a CEO or BOD has toward the shareholder when selling a failed company? If Trent cashed out his shares on a high note months ago what stops him from dumping the company at pennies and moving on?

We might all be better off if Trent did move on.  What I would like to know and have been stating this and asking this for 3 years now is what do all the people at head office do?  Nothing much has been accomplished not a penny in revenue and cash flow has been again punted to some time in the future.  Yet they are all there.  Accomplished nothing but failure yet still there

The original concept of a publicly traded company is one where the directors and officers are behoven to the shareholders.  THAT in theory, is how it's supposed to be.  Kinda like in politics where the rotten politicians are, again, supposed to answer to the voters.  BOTH of these arenas have done a 180.  They are self serving positions, in self serving industries.
