Profect Financing not the issue. The PRICE of the equity financing is the issue. At least it's the issue for current shareholders.

Well yeah. The after-tax NPV 7.5% is US$458M. That's exactly C$600M. focus owns 70% of the project, which is an attributable NPV of C$420M. So even with 400M shares outstanding, the NPV/share ...more
