I don`t quite understand it . All I can say is somebody is buying up those shares as soon as they come on sale . Be very interesting to see how much is insider buying .

I think they need a strategic partner. By that I mean a company who invests in FCV and provided non dilutive financing,  is in the agricultural business, can providemarketing and distribution ...more
