Seems to me the shareholders have only 2 choices. 1. Accept the deal. 2. File for bankruptcy. They are already technically bankrupt and time is running out. This deal is a lifeline.

It sems that a lot of shareholders in sweden are gathered to shut down the deal and they are many! If that is true there is no chans the deal gonna happend.

interesting, but it takes some connections and skills to raise more than $20 million in under a month. Keep us posted, this could get interesting. I have my money on Firesteel. I bought more today.
