Neither company's share price is moving much and there isnt much volume, so i dont know how valid that comment is. Obviously until they have secured the deal, a counter offer is a possibility ...more

I agree, a great deal. However there are rumours in Sweden that a counteroffer is underway. It seems that a lot of the buyers from Sweden are selling FTR and buying back Nordic Mines.

It appears that this info is wrong. FTR has never been a tier 1, always tier 2, Companies only go to tier 1 when they reach a certain price on a prolonged basis.  in addition it was not halted as ...more

I read the same way. Not only is it a free gift if they do not reach .45, but if they do reach .45, you get to buy them back at twice the price you sold them for. Hell of a deal (ha).
