BF told me 3 yrs agoThey would not drill until the Romero licence was issued.Dave told me there will be no capital raise to start drilling.Between those 2 statements they seem confident to start the drill program up.So we have 2 things to see a boost in the SP. 1 drilling NR very soon.2 licence issue between now and PDAC.There is no way Almonte could attend holding back permits while at PDAC promoting the DR as safe mining friendly unless he issued the permits.The fact that Almonte is going to attend tells us GQC will get its licence any time now up to April 15.This window of cheap shares might get slamed shut in the near term
