One never knows when dealing with Banana Republic countries. I believe our chances of getting a permit is 50/50. Pueblo Viejo is a cash machine for the govt and this is likely the only mining operation they care about. Anything else is incremental thus becomes a political decision. If its good for govt then we have a permit. If there is no political gain then no way Jose.
