Working Capital Growth (thoughts) We currently have $7.7 million in working capital (as of Q3) and I think we will end up seeing around $2 million in net profit for Q4 and that will move working capital to $9.7 million. (I am assuming around $7 mil in revs for Q4, $2 mil net income)(This is also the low end of my projections for Q4)
We then will see the $6.5 million closed in Q1, which brings us to $16.2 million in working capital.
I think we will see the warrants exercised before the end of Q2 for another $7.1 million. (My own assumption, but you can personally leave this out) Bringing working capital to $23.1 million. Add in the $3 mil from TD and we are at $26.1 million in capital. $26.1 million in working capital!!
All of that is on top of a company that is cash flow positive, profitable, growing, expanding to new categories... is there even a comparable company trading at our size??
