RE:RE:RE:Buyout impossible?Way to early to even think about this. We do know that GSI is on the list of potential takeover targets put out by Atrium Reseach in Nov. 23.

Doug knows how much the company is worth and it is just starting to fire on all cylinders and far from being even fairly valued based on performance to date. The company could be completely different in 6 months.

Earnings is out next month in about 6 weeks. That will open up more eyes to the company. There are some who believe Q2 2023 will be a hard act to follow. Just as Q4 2023 and Q1 2024 surprised investors (as noted by the share price spikes), I would expect something similar with Q2 2024 if GSI remains depressed at these levels. It's all about valuations, past and future.
