In the same January 2022 interview, the CEO made the following commments regarding the sales funnel and landing contracts (at 30:25 of the interview - link posted below):

"Sales Contracts.  We've been building the sales funnel and working on some of these contracts now for quite some time.  So, it's time to land them.  But, there are some things that are outside of our control."

I recall that comment and gave DD the benefit of the doubt that it was due to budgets and release for funds from their customers. As long as no one else is being awarded contracts, then that remains believable.  He could have straight out and said that as well.

Just showing how Siemens are already getting contracts for lane enforcement systems after initial trials. I believe we heard GSI had trials with NY MTA.
