$  3.948 million (U.S)  contract awarded in last hour of trading last week,  and the shares doing very little,both on volume and price .  ----Oh well : I'm buying ,another 15000 this am,''so far '' . --------- At some point with these contracts lately, and activity into the future   .49 has to look very cheap. ------  Wake up boys, ''you heard it from Ramman1 '' .

  I agree... i have looked foolish in the past calling the share price cheap at 0.70 as we ended up dropping to 0.30, but with recent events, the market is discounting GSI for no good reason.  I suppose its best not to compare against other companies but our balance sheet and relationship with septa alone removes enough substantial risk.  I sure hope we get news soon that puts the

Keep in mind that there was no NR for this "contract", beond the group here , who really knows about this.

Since the contract is public record,  on the  SEPTA April agenda,  doesn't  DD have the obligation to put out a timely  news  release? Unless there is an anticipated add on contract which can be announced collectively?

Yup. No one knows other than our little group here and perhaps the long time followers.  Doug may not put out news until we receive funds for this contract.  Until then this creeps along down here.

Yes  ramman1' We are still under the radar and that's ok for now. I just picked up 15,000 more under 40 US  cents on the  OTC this morning.
