RE:Assignee of Stans award asks D.C. federal court to enforce

RE:Assignee of Stans award asks D.C. federal court to enforce Hey Tricky.  See you are still here.  Hadn't checked in on Stans since my 4/1 post, which you trashed.  Then the majority of what I said would happen did 6 days later.
Now the last part will happen.  The Kyrgyz will pay, and Stans will get a little cash, which will be paid to management (as wages always get paid first) and they will walk away.
In my opinion, management should have been ousted years ago as they demonstrated that they could not be trusted to make good decisions after government changed in Kyrgyz and were not open and honest with the shareholders.  They should have made this a pure litigation company after the lease termination and not spent anything on paint pigment or lithium businesses.  They might have had something left for the shareholders.
