Now the last part will happen.  The Kyrgyz will pay, and Stans will get a little cash, which will be paid to management (as wages always get paid first) and they will walk away. on that note,  has anyone heard why they are still halted. i thought they were getting this sorted out by oct/nov last year. I mean, they've only had 8 months to sort out accounts. Is that too much to ask for a publicly traded company or have they given up communicating to their shareholders now.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, looks very much like a ploy by the funders lawyers to situate the case in a US court knowing the ‘accused’ would not show or even recognize such a court ruling. They are simply trying to get another legal ruling in the funders favor hoping that this will ‘eventually’ encourage Krygyz to agree to pay something. A $15 mill award probably now doesn’t even cover
