  This is a great entry point - value of this company has to be realized soon.  Likely will never be what it should, but has to hit much higher levels than we’ve seen this past year.

one more thing. JTR issued 7 m shares at $1.37 to do the acquasition. So the acqusition price  is much lower than $23m now. 7X1.37=9.59, 7 x 0.29=2.03. 9.59-2.03=7.56. at present price, JTR ...more

JTR acquired it at $23 m,including debt,  a little  above 1x revenue. Now JTR market cap is only $21.9 m, JTR only has to sell Goveggie alone to be equal to the market cap. And Goveggie has ...more

You’re $1 call is way high, but I could see $0.50 being a top of range possibility, and a double from this level.  This is a good entry point now before others pay attention again.

if  each one of 4400 walmart stores sells $1000 of GOVegge on average in a whole  year ,  that is 4.4 m revenue, if sell $5000, that is $22 m reveneue. Also it is just a start. If ...more
