Longer term, I believe they will get the funding needed to fulfill their baseline operations, but I would really like them to sign an offtake agreement with Pacific Ethanol if that's the case, and finalize their MOU of last year.
I'm a bit confused as to why you mentioned a possible merging of a private ethanol company with LEC. Would it not be a better fit to have an ethanol producer such as Pacific Ethanol joint venturing with LEC to produce cellulosic ethanol?
