RE: Interesting..FPI just got $25.5 million grantClearly, Lignol's new project with FPI is being funded from this rather large grant, with Lignol providing in kind technical and process support as its part of the deal.

It is yet another example of why Lignol is able to advance its business agenda without undue dilution of share capital.

The intent of the Govt of Canada as well as that of B.C.is to transform the forest sector through innovation and diversification of  forest products in Canada.

An integrated kraft mill producing pulp, paper, and ethanol along with several varieties of high value lignin derivatives
is a nice example of such a transformation, as the green footprint would increase from less than 20 % to more than 90 %.

Those millions of tons of forest waste caused by the beetle disease in B.C.  presents are huge opportunity for lignol and its industry partners.
