RE:RE:RE:New SEDAR+ filing Sorry Dam but that makes little sense. Cynthia and members of the board would have been fully involved in any buyout discussions long before it ever got to a committee. It would only go to the committee to judge the offer on its merits as it pertains to shareholders interests after it was negotiated by Cynthia and some key board members.

That said I do sip the Kool aid and anxiously await a big announcement
