They been sitting there too long....CHANGING OF GUARDS on those shares needs to happen. Hopefully we have a lot more flight under our wings with CNC in up momentum....finally it held up over @$3 bucks

Mark Selby was just on a shareholder presentation and stated that the deal with Noble is a done deal and they are just waiting on the exchange to get the paperwork completed but it will happen shortly
