I am of the opinion that the KL deal will be good for ORX shareholders because they are still the operator and the deal included 60 million in exploration costs. So at some point in time ORX will not

Why SS bought ORX shares and no Mistango? Because he can not buying MIS share according to the Securities laws. He explained it in an interview on Mining Stock Education.com
