No, gold price going up 100% does not make ORX worth $250M. If ORX's assets were worth 250M even on a 100% attributable basis, KL backs in and ORX MC is 62.5M. So what you're saying is

After KL gets their ~24M shares we'll have nearly 250M shares outstanding, not considering warrants + options. $1-$2 would imply between $250M-$500M Market Cap, while owning only 25% of our assets
