In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. LC-2 Still Drilling

Yes, perhaps they got to TD and bottom of the hole had oil shows so they continued drilling? I have not heard much about deeper drilling in Colombia, so perhaps this is possible.
They may have had another operational issue the last 500 feet, mechanical or otherwise. Maybe another sidetrack?
LC-1 had gas to deal with so perhaps we hit something new in a previously untested zone.
Guess "still drilling" means still drilling and not testing. That would imply we might be waiting for weeks more.
At least stock is acting stable here...doesn't appear anyone has leaked something bad has happened.
