GaAs technology!? Where have you been penny?  GaAs technology was scuttled 5 years ago for the Optical Interposer, which is indeed a high yield platform (>400 chipsets per wafer) at a fraction of the cost of current bench assembly techniques. Poet has not spent a dime on GaAs. 

You just tore up your bashing card penny, zero cred in those statements. Lies and disinformation have no place on a stock chat board.

What you refer to is the kind of constant misinformation and disinformation that I have had to tolerate practically tolerate here, as a lone ranger, for years determined to have my right to post without being drowned out by the nonsense alias group that have been constantly been bullying me.. And the question he asked many of us have been thinking about for years and no one seems to know the answer or can even try to answer it so we all sit and wait and hope.   A lot  of things with regards to POET over the years have never made sense and probably POET never will! It's just that now we are supposed to be close things should be clearer but they are not.

I went and read that exchange and see nothing that would destroy a discussion board.  All seems reasonable to ask a new poster who claims total ignorance, to familiarize themselves with the history of the company.  Another poster later gave a thoughtful, extended reply.  Why that would drive posters away is beyond me.

Again  I disagree.  THe point of a stock board is to discuss the stock, company, industry,  etc to get the bull and bear cases.  Why should bulls ignore obvious misinformation being used to create FUD and not counter?  THe point of the board is to debate, so that misinformation can be discussed, exposed and corrected.  So maybe its you that should put everyone on

this is a prime example of posts that gets the poster on my ignore list. pointless replies to pointless posters argueing with posters that have gone over the edge we have the ignore to use it. and no this is not defamation, this is not bullying, this is just letting you know what experience has taught us(long time users of SH)
