FJ post

I just read FJs post, a copy of the email he sent to management. He is an absolute moron for playing the role that he is. After 10+ years, he is now starting to "clarify" his "role" in this fiasco. He doesn't just copy and paste managements response (i.e. fully transparent), but no he says he will "digest" first before sharing. Unbelievable

Maybe he needs time to write a fake "reply" from management. IMO that post sound like a Dear John letter to the bagholders. Pimper exit stage left and fat lady enter stage right. This guy will pimp this company until the very end . No GUUD!

Two choices: They are  just so incompetent which I think is not possible or This was all done on purpose to allow GF ( always my first choice) to take over POET on the cheap and all the good old boys go back working with GF as before! But of course much richer!

That's too simple of options and lets pimpers off the hook. If pooet was so revolutionary and this was all one big ploy for GF to get the tech for free, then other interested parties would also be sniffing around. The fact is pooet is vaporwear and management was using free money from the market to R&D, then hope they made a huge breakthrough before the money well went dry. It's now ...more

Updated list of questions on financing.  After the Nasdaq listing, the stock went down 8 straight months as did the semiconductor ETF and Rockley Photonics. I think Poet did not attempt a financing because they believed a series of good news releases on partners, customer wins, product developments would push up the stock. All public co.s are the same -- mgmt always thinks their stock is ...more
