David Hall-Jones has retired - Now what?

https://www.law.com/international/2018/09/05/winston-strawns-asia-head-steps-down/

So, does this mean the case has finalized or that someone else will take his place and the case continued?  Even Mayer Brown had their defending counsel changed a few months back.  They had the following posted on their website.

Energy and Natural Resources:

PSC Arbitration. Representing an Asian state-owned oil and gas company in a major UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration arising from an unconventional production sharing contract.

On David Hall-Jones (Linked in) he had everything in past tense, so did he received a huge winning fee and decided to retire.  Otherwise, I don't see why anyone would just exit without finalizing a major arbitration case.

Selected key representative matters:

- Advised and represented a Canadian oil and gas development company in a UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration against a major Chinese oil company on disputes arising from a high-stakes CBM and shale gas production sharing contract. The sum in dispute is approximately US$2 billion.

It has been a long time; so, I hope it's award/reward time.  GLTA

Easyoasy, they have a replacement for David and both law firms are still working on the case.  Based on my rough calculations, the case should wrap up sometime this year, or early next year, the latest.  This is how arbitrations and lawsuits go, whatever the conclusion, take like forever.  Have patience.  The new replacement arbitration lawyer working on the case.

Ditto for us as well. A few friends and I hold a good load of shares, would like to get some value out of those. HR
