Anywhere from 2, to 2.5 would be my estimate. Just based on award, and then the shares, minus some fees (included in my estimate)

Hopeful, the "$11 Billion", Phillips/Conoco is 3rd on the list. #1 Crystallex is $990MM, #2 Tidewater is some smaller amount (included in Other), #3 is Phillips/Conoco, $11.8 Billion.
